Attire
Sightseeing Cruises
Casual attire is suggested,.Shorts and T-Shirts are welcome. Dress according to the weather.
Lunch Cruises
Casual attire is permitted. Shorts or Slacks and T-Shirts are acceptable
Dinner Cruises
Casual attire is suggested. The Spirit of Jefferson is air-conditioned. The Belle of Louisville has air conditioning on the ballroom deck.
Shirts and Shoes are required on all cruises.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

10% Fee for Cancellation
No refunds will be given for the following:
- LATE/MISSING BOARDING FOR ANY REASON
- DECREASING THE NUMBER IN PARTY ON THE DAY OF THE CRUISE
- LOSING TICKETS OR WRISTBANDS
- POOR ROAD CONDITIONS
- TRAFFIC
- PARKING
Cruising Not Possible/Public Dockside Event
Should the boat be unable to cruise due to inclement weather, high water or mechanical problems, the Belle of Louisville/Spirit of Jefferson will continue the event dockside with catering and entertainment on board. The buffet will still be available dockside and will not be refunded. The Belle has an obligation to pay the catering company for the food they prepared regardless of whether we cruise or not.
We will issue sightseeing certificates for local passengers to cruise again during the same season. Out of town passengers will need to call (502) 574-2992 the following business day if they will not be visiting the area again this season.
Cruising Not Possible/Dockside Not Possible
Should the boat be unable to cruise and also not able to remain dockside due to extreme weather conditions, the Belle of Louisville/Spirit of Jefferson will issue full refunds to all paying passengers. Refunds are given by check or credit card, depending on the method of payment given at booking. Customers that paid with cash will be refunded by check. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the event. Passengers will be notified of changes using contact information provided.

NO SMOKING ON BOARD EITHER VESSEL
All bags and purses will be inspected at time of boarding. We reserve the right to increase security that may include extra personnel and use of metal detectors.
